Hyperthings successfully displayed their cutting edge smart solutions at the IEW event. The event was one of the biggest conferences for electronics in India. The event provided a unique platform for exhibitors to meet large buyers of electronic products, components, manufacturing equipment, LED lighting components, and IoT Solution expertise We displayed expertise to continuously monitor critical assets thereby help improve the asset uptime by continuously monitoring various critical parameters, enhance the security of the asset with intelligent video surveillance and improve the safety of employees. We perform the end-to-end deployment of Smart Monitoring solution. Our expertise lies in embedded software design, centralized asset monitoring platform, application with the dashboard, reports on the status of assets, and production zone monitoring with live video feeds and surveillance. Our solution impressed industrial manufacturing clients helps build a comprehensive 360-degree view of the plant with critical zones marked for continuous monitoring. We help increase the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of critical assets, helped in reducing unauthorized entry especially in restricted access areas through automated IoT and RFID-based personnel access control.
