Afifa K is the Human Resources Manager at HyperThink Systems, and a member of the Management Team. She leads all HyperThink’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent engagement and learning & development programs.
Afifa K is an alumnus of NMIMS, Mumbai where she completed her master’s in human resources and has been a HR practitioner for past a decade. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and expertise, she brings people solutions leaders together as one team to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as a positive company culture that celebrates individual differences, so staff receive the best possible experience.
