Virtual Metering & Gas Lift Optimization

Real time production optimization depends upon on the accurate knowledge of well production rates, the optimization of the lift methods used and the management of the effects of the production network on the performance of the integrated production system. These can be achieved by Implementing Data Driven models for Virtual Flow Meters (VFMs) and Lift Gas Injection Optimization (GLO) to deliver the following.

Real time production rate estimates (Three phases, oil, gas and water).
Real time Gas Lift (GL) optimized rates.

The Solution Use AI and Neural Networks to create the virtual meter and optionally the lift gas injection models employ a data-driven combinatorial search through alternative combinations of sensors (tags), “machine learning” model types, and internal model architectures to maximize predictive accuracy.
